WaveLog Pro Terms of Use
The app
WaveLog Pro is a professional sound-report tool. It reads Broadcast WAV (BWF) metadata on your device and exports PDF sound reports, Avid Log Exchange (ALE) files, and CSV files. There is no account and no WaveLog server.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices signed in with your Apple ID, subject to the App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these terms.
Purchases
Pro features are sold as in-app purchases through Apple:
- Pro Monthly — auto-renewable subscription with a 3-day free introductory trial.
- Pro Annual — auto-renewable subscription.
- Pro Lifetime — one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription.
Prices are shown by the App Store in your local currency at checkout. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription. We do not issue refunds independently of Apple.
After onboarding the app presents a paywall with no close button. You enter by starting the trial, purchasing a plan, or restoring a previous purchase. If a subscription lapses, a small number of leftover report exports may remain available as a safety net; unlimited exports require an active Pro entitlement.
Your files
You are responsible for the audio files and production data you import. Do not import material you are not allowed to possess. Reports you generate are your content. We never receive your files.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is.” Parsing depends on the metadata your recorder wrote. Always spot-check scene, take, and timecode before handing a report to editorial. We are not liable for lost production time, rejected dailies, or other damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows, do not attempt to circumvent StoreKit, and do not use the app for anything unlawful.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The in-app link always points at the current version.
